I only remember TODAY that Easter is coming up.
Do you guys plan on doing anything at home for the kids? I put in an online drive up pick up order from target and got that today so the kids will get a Easter basket. Trying to keep times as normal as possible. Maybe a small Easter egg hunt too? We live in a town home so space is minimum. We usually do Easter with all 17 of my nieces and nephews but obviously that isn’t happening this year.

We’re gonna do an Easter egg hunt here for him and get him a bunch of bubble stuff to play outside for the day. He loves bubbles so lol. Gotta try to make the best out of what we can

Yes I am one of those who gets stuff together all early I’ve had their baskets and stuff for over a month already. Besides that we will color Easter eggs and have an egg hunt. We usually host Easter at our house but with the social distancing we will not be hosting. I’ll however make an Easter dinner for my immediate family. I’m thinking ham,mashed potatoes veggies stuffing and a dessert. Also we will be having our Easter Friday the 10th since hubby works Easter Sunday.

Definitely. I already have some stuff for my daughter’s basket and I just ordered the last bit. I’m hoping I can get some dye and dye eggs with her. Or an egg hunt since we won’t be able to go to my brother in laws house because uk the virus.

@briannalynn547, @prettygirlrock1214, @sourpatchkid, I’m not sure how old your children are, but what were some items you’d be getting them? (If you make baskets). I have a 8 and 4 year old. I like to limit the treats because we do plan on having a small Easter egg hunt too. I got each an age appropriate family game since we’re quarantined. I usually get them new swim clothes and sandals too, it’s like a tradition. But because of the way the world is right now, I don’t want to up their excitement about being able to use them if this pandemic lasts longer than we thought it would.

I got my daughter playground balls, Easter books, coloring books (mess free, paint with water, sticker book), hair bows, sand toys, a snack box, a surprise toy and a t shirt of one of her favorite shows. She has two other things I got her but they’re not coming until after Easter which is a bunny dress and a toy airplane she’s been asking for. I wasn’t gonna put candy or those little dollar tree toys in the basket because I’m doing an egg hunt with it.
Instead of the swimsuits and sandals what about pajamas and slippers for at home??

I did a walmart grocery pick up and ordered the stuff for their baskets and some eggs. I'll continue to try and get eggs to hardboil so they can dye eggs.

Yeahh we ordered a bunch of stuff for their baskets, then gonna do a little Easter egg scavenger hunt in our backyard and in the house just us. Gonna cook our normal Easter dinner but Skype our family and eat through Skype basically. It is what is is :(
