Не могу получить слот доставки продуктов: как защитить себя и Мию в магазине?
I can’t get a delivery slot for food shop. Is there anything I should be doing to protect me and Mia in the shop & while we are out?
I put her raincover over the pram and washed all out stuff as soon as we got home... should I wear gloves/mask? It seems extreme but if I get ill no one can have Mia! It’s only me and worries me to death!! 😥

I would suggest wearing gloves just cause you dont know who's touched the food, and dont get any loss fruit of veg cause people touch them and put them back. I put the rain cover on and if I have to put her in the trolley I have antibacterial wipes in my bag to wipe it all down.

I use anti bac wipes on the trolley too.
And agree no loose fruit or breads

Follow the 2 metre rule.
Most supermarkets are limiting the number of shoppers in the store to make this achievable.
Wipe down trolley if you use one.
Wear gloves if you’ve got some.

Oh and sanitise your hands if you can before. During. And after. And use contactless to pay if you can
