So I texted my dad to see if I could use his amazon prime to order some things for my sons birthday, (which isn’t until the end of June) & he told me he doesn’t think that this social distancing thing will be over by then? He said my son will probably not get to have a birthday party with the whole family & to not buy too many decorations or things like that... What do you guys think?

He’s right hun. I had to cancel my baby shower and my 5 year olds birthday is June 6th and as of now, we aren’t planning anything due to the virus ☹️

We have flights, a condo and several activities booked and paid for in June for our family vacation. We've pretty much already made peace with the fact we're not goin. Kai is SO sad to not get to ride on the plane! It broke my heart to tell him, he's already sad he can't go back to school, play with his friends or do anything really. I feel bad for all the kiddos, ESPECIALLY the ones that are Seniors this year, to have the Prom, Graduation... those rights of passage, life experiences taken from you....I'm SO sad for them.

@lovingmyboys it's for your son so in my opinion if you wanna get him stuff then get it! Even if this whole social distancing thing isn't over with by then, at least he can still have a cool birthday with lots of decorations 🙌😎☺️🥰💕

Have a party anyway if they don’t come then o well ppl are going to start using that as a excuse for shit now days I guess... I wouldn’t stress have one and if they don’t come then that’s on them 🤷🏼♀️💯
