I wore a heart monitor for 24 hours because my heart rate was jumping around from 70 to 130 and my chest was hurting. Palpitations and short of breath. Dr said that my highest heart rate was 157 and my average was 95. Said it was all sinus rhythm though so it was fine. It’s FINE for my chest to feel tired? It’s fine for my heart rate to go to 125 just standing doing makeup? Ok, whatever. Guess I’ll just live with it 🤷🏻♀️

I get this a lot but my doc said it’s just cause I’m pregnant. I hate it tho I know how you feel!!! Just standing there then WHAM heart pounding like wtf I ain’t do anything stop please 😳😳

you work for the right kind of doctor then! I hope it’s nothing serious. It really is terrible I’m hoping mine goes away after birth because I’ve never had any of it prior to getting pregnant 😣 I hope you get some answers you’re looking for!

Hey this may sound like a strange question but are you also getting charlie horses?
I've noticed for me personally that when my heart races, or is irregular I'm low on magnesium. I also have charlie horses in my legs when my magnesium is low.

Mine does this and honestly i cant even get them to book me an appointment to be looked at they wont take me seriously at all. They wont even run blood tests. Hell, i was pregnant at an NST last May and had a heart rate of 168 that stayed between 130-160 for HOURS while they hospitalized me. But never made steps to look into it, even upon request after the incident. Now ive got palpitations, sparatic heartbeat, chest pains, shortness of breath from something as simple as standing up. No one will take me seriously. Im over 9 months pp and not breastfeeding for the past four months, im also not overweight(probably bordering underweight honestly), no past health issues, nothing. I should be a perfectly healthy 24 year old, but im constantly having scary moments with my heart rapidly speeding up suddenly or slowing to a crawl and having pains.
