You could try using the email to sign into the account usually if they don’t have an account it will say”email not recognized” if they do it will probably say “wrong password”
Yeah. Try to register it. If it’s been used it should say please sign in. But...it could also go through and send them an email to confirm their new account. 🤷🏻♀️
