Someone else posted this and I think it’s a great idea. For my first book suggestion I highly recommend BA Paris debut book Behind Closed Doors. If you like a good thriller this is a book for you.
Her writing style is really easy to read I loved how in this book it took you back from past to present.
I literally couldn’t put this one down. Read it in a day when it ended I went right back to page 1 and read it again.

John Grisham A Time to Kill more a court room drama but it’s excellent
