U should be able to. I think they can look him up via name and birthday

Oh, thank goodness. I really hope so. I just want to get it over with, I've been on hold for over 15 min & I haven't spoke to a rep yet. 🙄

And if u call up to the county it’s in they can tell u the ticket number.

your welcome. I’ve had to call up there before for my child’s father to get the ticket number so I can pay it online.
