Can i really get penalized if all daycares are shut down and care@work (care.com benefit my work provides) couldn’t find me a sitter for today? I kinda have to stay home

Not really. The whole childcare thing is affect a lot of people. But it is something you’d have to take up with work. I know a lot of places are trying to help healthcare workers find child care.

I wouldn’t think so. I’d think companies have plans in place, or try to anyway, in times like these. The childcare situation is across the board for everyone so you’re not alone!! Hopefully they are understanding. Good luck
