One of my family members told me this is what they heard and this is what I see but Idk... I won't believe it till it happens. So say ( maybe, maybe not) that every American will receive a $1000 check in this time of Crisis... Where is my money ? Lol alot of us could really use it I'm sure.

It’s never been specified that it is for low income. It most definitely is not. It is being proposed for EVERY American, as many many jobs have closed, causing /will cause a significant hardship on people, businesses, and the economy. If there is no money being earned, there is no money being spent, then there is no stimulation to the economy. That is why the are proposing this.

@dontblockmesis-imjustspeakingfacts I get that but I don't trust him and also it's tax season..most of the people that will probably qualify for this just got tax returns...why don't they use that money as resources to get through this time

he didn’t specify the income restrictions on who qualifies. This virus is causing a chain reaction. Businesses of all kinds will be impacted. People are scared. There is so much uncertainty right now and so many people are now unable to work. We don’t know how long this will last. Not everyone receives a tax refund. A lot of people don’t have a savings or emergency funds.

@dontblockmesis-imjustspeakingfacts that's exactly my point. The people that don't receive a tax refund are most likely the people that have higher income brackets. Businesses are being impacted but I just don't see how a $1k will help the economy. My husband and I work and save for the things that we have. Including the necessities. I just hope this is a lesson for some people ( not all). ...and I stand by my statement that this is out of character for Trump and he's only looking for the votes
