Okay. What meds are safe to take while pregnant for a sinus infection. I'm pretty sure that's what this is. All this pressure around my nose, and clogged ears is kicking my ass. My chest hurts from the coughing. Uugh

I just used the neil med saline rinse bottles a few times a day for mine. I’m super strict with myself for meds during pregnancy though

Yea... I HATE taking meds while pregnant. But right now...I can't barley breath. Everytime I cough or sneeze, I pee or gag. I'm a mess

the sinus rinse really does help a lot with pressure and clearing things out. It feels very weird and is gross but super helpful. It’s like a Neti pot but in a bottle form. You boil water to sterilize and they make kits that come with the bottle and the saline packets that you add to the water.
