Have a look in your local corner shop for nappies , toilet roll.

If worse comes to the worse we’ve all got pillow cases 🙃or get reusable nappies if you can afford it.

Also no point driving around to all the Lidl’s and Aldi’s in the area , try somewhere else like Co Op or Waitrose - yes bit more expensive but better than not having.

Don’t wait till after lunch to get your shopping, go when the shelves are re stocked - go to a 24hr shop , night shift hours (also can find reduced items ;) )

Remember we won’t run out of supplies they just haven’t put more on the shelf yet!

Sanitary products- you can find re usable pads on Amazon and also moon cups are a great alternative.

Contraception- get your prescriptions in now, and check your condom stash ladies!

We’re all in this together , we’re not used to this and it seems everyone is for themselves.

Some people prepared months ago and others were in denial and now getting what they can, some people haven’t got loads of money to buy in advanced, but remember we are all worried and all have families to feed, no one is to blame so keep strong everyone ♥️
