I had to say some shit cause that was so fuckin biased and judgemental. Even more sickening because she has been homeless. I had to seriously tone my response down, Oakland wanted to come out and really go TF off but it’s also just social media, so it’s not worth it.

I don’t know about your situation wherever it is that you live, but we in the Bay have a cost of living situation. It’s been more expensive than NYC for five years. People hustle hard, that’s how I made it out there for so damn long. I moved for my sons resources otherwise I’d be stuck with a shelter in place too! I still get my hair done, still have family and friends there so I visit often. The Bay will always be home to me.

I had to live in my car for a minute back in the early 2000’s. I know my demographic, the history of that demographic. That shit is hard and the streets are no joke. The Bay is 10 million total, SF is 800k alone. That’s not no rural homelessness that’s city tough. I know one thing, I’m not judging that at all because I’ve been there....that’s not right. After your own personal homelessness wouldn’t you think you’d have compassion? Perhaps not...
