My daughter will be 3 months on the 20th lately I noticed she cries constantly during the day and only will sleep 30 mins at a time if that. Her cries of like screaming bloody murder cries, wiggling, arching, inconsolable crying even if I holder her, walk with her, lay her down she just never seems happy. I can’t get anything done at all because I’m spending the whole day calming her. I just don’t know what is going on. She is formula fed and takes 4oz every 4 hours and she is on allimentum. She also has been spitting up more and sometimes spit up a clear cloudy color spit up and freaks out crying when she does. If anyone has had something like this in with their child please do share why and what helped because I feel like crying and pulling my hair out from being so stressed out.

@mommakaylax3, oh no. Poor baby. My friends daughter is almost 4 months and she was like that too. She says the first 3 months were the absolute hardest but she’s slowly growing out of it

can colic be a all day thing? My boys only had it at night time between certain hours and after those hours they were completely fine

I’m really not sure. Neither of my kids had colic. I think at one point my friends pediatrician said it was colic but then they said it’s not because it was all day

My son had horrible acid reflux and had to be on medicine until he was like 8 months old!

@mommakaylax3, he didn’t necessarily cry all day long but he cried a lot of the day and feedings were especially a nightmare. He screamed bloody murder and it was all I could do to get him to eat. He also had a milk protein intolerance. Took us forever to figure that out. I exclusively breastfed him for the first 3 weeks but all he did was cry and scream in pain from the acid reflux and protein intolerance. He eventually was put on nutramigen but he also would spit up and scream because it hurt him so bad when he spit up.

I know all to well of milk protein intolerance, my oldest was on alimentum till 1 then by second son had a full blown dairy
And egg allergy and now my daughter is on alimentum and I’m just clueless on what’s going on with her. When she did regular formula she was fussy just like this but she didn’t spit up crazy amounts and nothing where she cried and spit up and her poops were fine and everything. Also she’s never had a problem with eating like she doesn’t cry At the bottle or anything

yeah definitely sounds like reflux. She may need like a added rice formula. My son did pretty well on enfamil AR as far as his spitting up but still the intolerance was there so we couldn’t use that. I would def talk to the dr.

Sounds like it might be acid reflux or gerd. I would def ok notley talk to doctor.

Definitely sounds like acid reflex. My daughter and niece had it. My girls cousin had it and his symptoms were just like your daughters. He also had some issue with the milk don’t remember what it was. I’m he had to be put in on a different type of milk and it wasn’t sold in stores and got delivered to their house. He had to see a specialist the pediatrician couldn’t figure it out.

This sounds like reflux to me. Poor baby needs some meds. Start propping her up. Even put something under the top part of her mattress so she's sleepin on an incline.
