I will be working from home next week and daughter will be out of daycare. Any Moms work from home that have your kids home with you ? Do you have them on a schedule. What type of things do you do? I’m trying to prepare

Do you know her routine/schedule at daycare as far as eating, snacks and quiet time? I made sure to follow that when mine was home with me when he was in daycare/preschool while I was working. I also don’t ever plan any huge activities that require much assistance from me since I’m working. But we do sensory bins, maybe bath time in the middle of the day for some water play (I take my laptop in the bathroom and work in the floor while he’s in there), we’ve got an ABC Mouse subscription so learning time on the tablet. And lots of independent play.

I work from home a lot. If one of my kids are home it's a little more distracting but I try to keep them on their daycare routine. They est lunch at the same time, lay down at the same time, we do coloring time, and I pull out the tablets with learning activities. I'm obviously not working my full 8 hours..probably only half that because they do demand your attention. Now for the next 2 weeks I'll have both of my kids and working from home so it should be interesting.

My fiancé works from home 9:30-6 . They have breakfast before the shift starts . Than on his break around 12 they have lunch by 2 it’s our son nap time so he take a nap. And his last break which is 4 he wakes up . He said it was challenging at first but he got the hang of it
