I haven’t updated them in over a year. 😖
Like, I was in my first trimester with eric when I updated them last.
I have a stock pile in the garage for being quarantined, but I’m not ready if we have to up and go. I have 2 kids now. 🙃
Probably a stupid time to try and knock this out, but i guess it can’t hurt to try.

I never had more than a backpack up in my closet before I had kids. Then when I had my daughter I made it a little better - more items.
But I’ve seriously let it slide for a long time… With what’s going on, it reminded me that I need to update.
I’d you decide to make one - remember that each bag should only weigh 15% of your body weight. So make sure the kids’ backpacks are lighter. Seems like common sense, but I get to over packing and then things are too heavy.

Like I have backpacks that have totally necessary items that can be carried while walking… But then I have extras in a roly bin suitcase thing that can be left behind if necessary, but can also be thrown in a car and even rolled with you if you have the strength.
Ours is so freaking heavy though.
Like if something were to happen to my husband, I probably wouldn’t be able to roll it with me and worry about the kids as well… So I have only extra slightly necessary items in that.

This was the baby wipe area. The toilet paper & paper towels all looked the exact same. This was at 10pm tonight.

I recently read that it needs to be updated every 6 months (Updated pics of family members, insurance cards, updated underwear, socks, and a change of shirts for the kids in their size - since kids grow so fast, ect.)
I hadn’t updated mine in over a year. 😳
But this current world reminded me that it’s time to freshen it up.
