My moose is at the vet for the next couple hours. Kinda disappointed cuz its so nice out and i wanted to walk him and AJ to the park and get some leash training in. But hopefully they figure out whats causing his skin issues and can give him some relief.

I know this sounds insane but my beagle has seasonal allergies and I have to give him Zyrtec to help his skin

Hopefully thats what it is. At first they said he was allergic to flea bites but he gets his flea medication. I havent found any on him and at his last appointment they didnt either. He seemed to be getting better at one point and then all at once he started getting dry skin and uncontrollably itchy. Like to the point where he itches patches of fur out. They told me not to bath him because it could cause dry skin. Hopefully they get down to what it is today.

well its been nicer out the last couple weeks so maybe thats what it is. The first flea medication they put him on didnt work so we switched him and i havent seen one since. His fur was almost fully grown back then bam he started itching again. And hes got flakes of dead skin so its definantly dry.
