Anything to help them dry up quicker, stop itchyness, or just help in general tia x

DO NOT GIVE NUROFEN! it makes the chicken pox worse. Use capol and piriton and we get something called poxlin and it's amazing x

Aww yeah I no not to give that, I've got Calpol and piriton in for now but never heard of poxlin so I'll have a look. Thank you x
