My kids pediatrician always told me that if the fever last for 3 days, to take them in. And I always do. Over 3 days is too much for comfort.

if it’s above 102 like said by another mama, I’d take him in to either the after hours if you have one or the ER.

Is it going up and down? Tryed giving a cool bath and if it's not 102 and over I'd call the dr and ask. Or the nurses. However they do it there.
