Been wanting my daughters dad to move out just didnt know what I would do financially because I'm on a limited income and I cant work. And if I do I can only hold it for a month or 2 and I have 2 babies now soit wouldn't be much of an income with child care included. Well I just got a blessingi think... my old room mate just text me and asked if rented out the little apartment I have yet. I didnt and she is wanting to move back in. I still dont know how I can pay my car payments and insurance. And I don't want to hurt his feelings but I think this will be best. Not even sure if he will turn it around on me and all this. I just don't want any of that mess so I'm dreading it. Like really really dreading it but she needs to know by tomorrow

Just rip the band-aid off. Tell him point blank he is no longer welcome and she is moving in. File for child support and any other assistance you can get asap.

Well just be like hey I can’t do this anymore we can co parent and be friends but that’s it she’s moving back in to help and that’s what’s best file for child support but it won’t do any good more then likely 🤷🏼♀️

Will the rent be income for you? Do you have a place to live or would he move out? If you have primary custody for the kids, i believe he will need to pay child support and half the daycare costs.

I have primary custody. And yes it would be income. Shed pay rent and I'd cover the utility Bill's and whatever else I have because that's what it was before so I'd just keep it the same. It was rent with all utilities included. And he would move out. It's my house. He actually has his own house about 30min from me that hes currently renting out so he has place
