So Abel officially has completed the dino steps therapy program. before we started the program when he was triggered he would throw furniture. break things cry a lot and say he was sorry for being a rotten kid who doesn't understand why he does This. fast forward to now he can identify his emotions, use his turtle shell method to calm down and think a brave thought. he hasn't thrown or tipped over and furniture in a bit....he still has his moments but I think he's done an amazing job trying to work as hard as he can to manage his emotions. we still have a long way to go but damn I'm a proud momma 😏💙#momlife #myboy #adhd #thestruggle
