I think I can officially say that I have some sort of stomach bug. Nausea all day yesterday and when I woke up this morning, it’s still here in waves. Diarrhea yesterday and the night before. I haven’t thrown up but I get really nauseated.

When is it a good time to try and drink Gatorade and juices?

I tried Gatorade last night and I think I drank it too fast cause I got instant severe nausea.
