Never a woman's, or mans, fault for being sexually assaulted. You could walk around naked and that is still NOT consent. Consent is only a uncoerced "yes" and even then you can say no.

Eta: it sucks that people who defend the attackers use the individuals clothing, even the type of underwear, something you can't even fucking see, to "justify" why they were attacked.

Just because I leave my purse on the back of my chair at a restaurant doesn't make it okay for someone to go snatch it up. 🤷‍♀️ Same thing with clothes. Keep your fucking hands to yourself.

It doesn't matter how you dress, no one advertises for rape. When I was in high school there was a case where the defendant tried to claim the woman was dressed to "advertise for sex". The judge coolly replied, " Even if she was advertising for sex, she wasn't necessarily advertising for sex with YOU."

I mean I was raped wearing a 3xL hoodie and sweatpants. A friend of mine was molested in footie pajamas. Obviously what you’re wearing doesn’t matter if a child in a diaper can be sexually assaulted with the same frequency of a woman in a tight dress, or a man in jeans. Gender, clothing, intoxication don’t cause rape. RAPISTS cause rape.

Personally I don't think it's a womans fault. When my body was little i liked tight clothes but doesnt mean I'm asking to be raped. That's the dumbest excuse to say the woman was dressing a certain way. Your a rapest you will rape a woman no matter what the hell she wears. When a 5 yr old gets raped is she dressing provocative? Probably not

sooo if someone let me babysit their child, i guess it means i can keep them forever because THEY are the ones who left them here. THEY are the ones who trusted me. so, i guess that means they’re mine & i shouldn’t receive kidnapping charges. because they gave the child to me, it’s their fault this happened not mine.
