Their father and I decided to try 1mg gummy melatonin for 2year olds. Neither of my kids slept through the night since they were born. Literally. Never. I haven't had rest in so long I forgot how good it feels to sleep for more than an hour at a time. We seen these online and discussed wheather or not we should try these with Kai and Sora over the past week or so. You have to also understand that for the past 2 weeks Sora has been staying up refusing to go to sleep until 12 am and sometimes 1 or 2 am. Their father has the same sleeping problems since he was born also. So, last night I got sleep!! The kids finally woke up in a good mood for once. Kai woke up once to go pee at about 5am, Sora woke up a couple times during the night but went straight back to sleep after making sure Kai was still next to her. I'm taking this as a total WIN!

So....Layla is still sleeping?!
It's been over 12 hours. She hasn't woke up! Not once! She used to sleep like this but not lately. I actually woke up concerned, once I saw what time it is. She's ok, I saw her moving, but I'm like, "Huh?" Lol
past few nights when Kai has gone to bed he's woke up again after a few hours cause he's hungry 😦
I was just about to get into bed so I'm not amused (this was at 11pm) 😂
weaning is starting tomorrow so fingers crossed that helps 🤞 I want my good sleeper back!! 😋👶
So I have issues sleeping and the new nurse came in woke me up to tell me they are switching when it clearly says not to wake me!!! Ugh

Co-Sleeping, how old is to old?
I personally do not co-sleep. I tried it once and woke up panicked that I rolled on him, so it's just not for me. But my question is how old is to old for a child to be sleeping with parent? I see moms with 2+ year olds, so when is your cut off? I knew someone who co-slept until 10.
