I really don’t think the media is telling us everything even though they are sending a lot of fear. My aunt and uncle live in North Carolina they were perfectly healthy Tuesday. They fly a lot and travel for work out of country. But tonight they were both stricken by not being able to breath and hospitalized.

In their 50s I know my aunt doesn’t have any other health issues not sure about her husband he’s more like a through marriage uncle.

@tribexofxfour, unfortunately they’re saying anyone over 50 is at a higher risk for it hitting them hard. They’re also saying it can be present for up to 2 weeks without symptoms.

@tribexofxfour, the government has said that though. It’s a working thing, for some the cases are mild, for older crowds it has a chance to be more severe.

@littleonemorning, yes with under lying health conditions but pritty sure they didn’t have any health conditions at all. My dad said they had to put my aunt on a ventilator or something to help her breath. I should know more tomorrow I’m sure they are going to do the test to confirm.

I've heard the virus laying dormant for a month in some cases before showing any symptoms...more ppl than the media is showing have it. I'm sure the whole city of Wuhan has it at this point but we will never know..

@lifewithlynnieandwill88, makes you think will it ever go away it doesn’t seem like we are becoming ammune to it like the flu if people are getting it 3 plus times. This things not dying off from the looks of it. People are just catching it all over again

@tribexofxfour yeah, I've never even had the flu. I've been exposed to it & never caught it so I'm hoping my immune system stays strong! I read somewhere that this virus attached to your RNA & your immune system attacks itself! Doesn't sound good at all! Ppl in Wuhan were just collapsing on the ground!

And everyone thinks it’s a simple cold and you may be the lucky one that it doesn’t effect or you may be shit out of luck we really can’t know. But from the looks of China and my aunt being in the hospital I really don’t wanna find out for myself . Because that woman’s never went to a dr for anything so it must be serious. She runs marathons and stuff she was in damn good shape a few days ago
