Why does my 16 year old son think he is grown enough to stay after school for a basketball game and not tell me. Boy I am not a happy mom right now and I’m going to have a long talk with him about not doing this ever again 😡

16 is an age where we’ve all assumed we knew it all and may have done idiotic things without asking.

I kept calling his phone, FaceTime him and no answer. I finally called the school and he called me back saying he thought it was ok for him to stay after school

man, the conviniance now to have phones lol. Easier to be tracked down now. If that were the case then he should have picked up. Obviously he knew this was not approved.

I said if you aren’t home in 15 minutes I’m taking the PS4 out the room he came home fast. We talked about him not doing that and I told him if he does it again he will be grounded
