Mommies I need advice....

So last night was night 15 of me sleep training my daughter from sleeping with me to now sleeping in her new crib. It has been EXHAUSTING! When she slept with me she would sleep straight throughout the night. Now she wakes up at the least, 5 times throughout the night. She has waken up at most 8/9 times at night. Dad's FB Video!!

Did anyone see that video a dad posted on his daughters FB page? He saw a post she made where she bashed her parents and cursed them, called them lazy and told them they should pay her for stuff she did around the house... So he called her out on it and put the video on her page!! Sorry if I missed a post already about this already, but I just saw the video and IT WAS AWESOME!!! Hahahhaa!

Ridiculous claims

My best friend loves telling me about people she knows and what they've done parenting wise. Most of it is complete crap, but today took the cake. She says her friend has a 7 week old who has been trained to sleep from 7pm to 7am without waking up once. Also the baby is breastfed. I asked her what kind of drug the lady is giving her baby, because you can't sleep train a newborn. She says she just has the baby trained. I just said ok and left it at that.

I have a question for u ladies that already have their newborns.. so my baby loves sleeping during the day and she is only 10 days old she wakes up at night and can't seem to get her down... I need to put her on a schedule does anyone recommend anything? she is also loosing weight I need to get her to gain weight... any suggestions? need help please
