@maryfnpoppinsbitch, not every WOMAN is meant to be a Mother sadly,I haven’t watched this documentary but,this is 1 case in millions sickly and sadly NOT enough is done in time to Save these innocent children from especially from their parent’s or adoptive parent’s , foster parent’s ! Horrific cycle of people NOT doing their Job of once a report is made of abuse/neglect it’s like their a little number on their list and that’s it end of day these worker’s go home ,There was a huge case in Miami yrs ago about a little girl killed by her foster family&all the abuse she endured the SYSTEM fails often !

and it's sad but true at the end of the doc it shows 2 cases that happened right after this a 10yr old boy who was killed by his mom they knew of the abuse and then a 4yr old boy who a judge had order him removed by DFS but they didn't follow up and it was to late he was also murder by his caregivers. it's sad that people don't take that job seriously I know I would do anything to save a child from that
