Hello ladies I have a question. I dont know if this have to do with anything but my body has never felt like this in my past pregnancies... I gave birth naturally without epidural and ever since then my body feels like it got ran over and when someone touches me it hurts it feels like I'm bruised up

I've never given birth naturally but I'm pretty sure that that's normal. I wouldn't doubt that giving birth is the equivalent of being run over by a bus!! If you're concerned call your doctor they always have an on-call line for any questions after business hours
