I never thought I could push out my baby boy without an epidural. I was sooo terrified of the pain or tearing that could've happened during me pushing him out. I would say the only painful part was his shoulders coming out and the contractions felt like strong period pains to where i questioned myself am I in labor or early labor? that's because i have a high tolerance pain. When I arrived to the hospital I was at 9 cm I was screaming telling the doctor I have to push now! I barely made it to changing my clothes to the gown...The nurses had to rush and get everything ready... literally 10 minutes later i was pushing him out. It amazes me what our bodies can do ❤
