I took it every morning & it lasted to the end of the night but by then I was ready for bed so I wouldnt get sick lol

I always got sick at around 5 pm, so I took it earlier, like 3 I think? But one time it made me feel really off... I just felt like a sack of potatoes and my husband was very concerned lol that only happened once for some reason. I think it might be why they recommend to take it at night because it can make you drowsy.

I took unisom and b6 for morning sickness. My doctor told me to take it at night. When I did I wasn't as nauseous through out the day.
