At my doctor's office if the parents ask they can stay in the room while it happens.

They take them, do it, and bring them right back.

Ask your doctor, depends on their policy.

Is that the only time the baby leaves the room if no complications? The bath and shots all done in room?

My mom and I were in the room when they did my sons!

I have no idea really but I'd say to ask the dr. It may be different for each hospital and state. When my sons was done they got me to sign the paper and I went for lunch not knowing it was going to be done right after I left and when I went back a couple hours later he was asleep cuddled with his paci and the nurse told me it was a success and he didnt cry much and that she gave him some cuddles right after

My hubby went with our son. They should let you.

They wouldn’t allow me it depends if you do it when their born or at a dr office. A hospital will take them right back after birth and you can’t go

Depends on the hospital/doctor . They circumcised my nephew after he was stable and all before my sister in law even held him. Just behind the curtain . Lol I was there when my son was too.

You don’t have to even get it done at all actually. And no some hospitals don’t take your baby at all if you don’t want them too it just depends on how baby friendly that hospital is.

Just depends I didn’t want to see it. 🤷🏼‍♀️
