Trying to decide whether or not I should call to complain about this...
Today, we had an elective 4D ultrasound. The package deal that I picked was $119 for 15 min, 4 printed pics, a CD and a rescan if baby doesn’t cooperate.
We got 17 pictures on a CD and there are only 4 pics that you can even make out what you’re looking at or that aren’t duplicates. Those are the 4 the tech printed out for us. The others are when baby is in motion (I also have 3 different pictures of just her ear)
I feel like we kind of got ripped off to only get 4 usable pictures for $119. I didn’t get the lowest package on purpose because I really wanted good pictures. But at the same time, I guess technically I received what I paid for?? They didn’t specify how many pictures would come on the CD. I guess all they really needed to do to complete the package was get 4 decent pictures which they did.

I would at least call and voice how you feel about it. When my friend was pregnant I gifted her a 4D ultrasound for that price and it came with about what 4 pics and the DVD but they did an amazing job and if baby didn't cooperate they would do a second session for you. For the price you paid I feel like you should have got better.

Right. I went into it thinking that the additional pictures on the CD we’re going to be decent ones.
I went there for the gender ultrasound and loved the lady who did it. She took over 40 pics and almost every single one was perfect. So, I guess I just assumed that everyone there would do a great job.
