So I'm currently in the parking lot of p uh blix and next to my car there are these 2 kids look younger then my 11 year old. But they are in the car blasting music. Seriously there music sounds like I'm the one blasting it in my car. Km in the passenger seat windows closed and theirs is closed also and they are screaming and squealing in the car and bouncing kn the seats. No adult. I'm like 🙄😳😳😳

Who leaves there 2 young children in the car. Would anyone else?? They were probably 8 and 9.
