27 feb 6:08 !happiest day of my life !very quick labour !from 4 cm dilated I thought it’s gonna take longer to 10 but after 20 minutes I delivered the baby !☺️but moms did happen to you aswell ?real labour contractions and so strong since I gave birth every 5minutes lasting 1 minute 😓😓😣😣😣!its like being in labour continue !i will rather give birth again than being in constant labour contractions!the midwife said will take 6days to go away !😫😫in rest I am so happy to hold my baby and my other son it’s so helpful and understandable!☺️💓god bless you all here and wish you good luck too !

I got after birth pains. It's basically being in labour again. It's your uterus contracting as everything is going back into its normal place and your body is rearranging. I remember being doubled up in pain and curled in a ball. I had very quick births with mine to. It's a massive shock to the body. Well done mama 💜💜💜

I didn't get after birth pains with first 3 but got them with my 4th it was so horrible and painful could hardly walk, going upstairs was the worst 😫
Congratulations! After pains are awful! You will find they are worse when your holding baby too ! Take pain relief hot water bottle will help lots too and rest as much as possible ! X
