We had issues with my oldest son and his teeth.... 6,000 dollhairs later! When the baby was born I went ahead and paid the $200 to have it clipped including his tongue.

We went to an ENT. Maybe you will get lucky and have no issues! I think an electric toothbrush would have helped too cause less chance of it jamming his tie.
