Has anyone used Teladoc before ? ( Virtual doctors visit). I'm waiting right now to be "seen" . It initially said the wait was 30 minutes or less but I've been waiting close to an hour. Just wondering if I should just give up and ask for my money back.

Yes! I had a very bad sinus infection, pink eye and a little baby and toddler so it was a godsend. The dr called in an rx for the sinus infection and my eye

I use Dr On Demand which is the same concept.

@massgirl, I mean. It’s only a $5 difference 😂 my copay for the office is $25 but copay for dr on demand is $20 and I don’t have to drive to the office and sit in that germ infested waiting room 🤷🏼♀️

yes! It was going to take me another week to be seen by my primary and I didn't have a sitter and didn't want my daughter to get sick from urgent care. So convenient! It was $50 versus $100+ ( our insurance sucks) they've got me hooked 😂

even without insurance Dr on demand is $40. So you’d still be saving $10.

I use it all the time! If you have a call blocker they can't call you. So if they try 3 times someone from teladoc will call you to let you know.
