I just got sent home from the hospital I'm still at 2 cm but having very intense contractions that started 3 hours ago... any tips or suggestions?! This pain is horrible its every 3-7 minutes and I cant take this pain no more.😭 I took a warmth bath, drank cold water, tylenol and nothing seems to be helping out

That’s what put me in labor the next day 🤣 mind you. I was only 1cm on the 10th of January. On the 11th I decided to jog in the shower and I also squatted while shaving. The next day I started contacting. When I went to the hospital I was 5 centimeter

The contractions still going on and hubby is going to work soon and forealls ima tell him to stay home today because these pain are terrible and i dont want to be alone at home with my 2 kids

Have you tried a heating pad? That was the only thing that made mine feel any better.

Noo I haven't
