Can stress throw you into labor? Probably not right? I’ve been having a very stressful day and about an hour ago I’ve been having very mild to very painful pms-like cramping. I never really had cramps with AF so I may be exaggerating lol. I figure it’s probably not cause it’s not time able or in waves it’s a constant pain for the past hour.
