You can give her a baby version of whatever you make for the family. Cut up everything really small and let her feed herself. Gradually she will start to like new things and get better at eating and you can make it more like an adult version. My son hated eggs at first and gagged on a lot of things. Now he eats a wide variety of foods. You can’t force a baby to eat, just keep offering and if she sees everyone else eating then she will too. A lot of times my son won’t eat a single bite until I’ve eaten it first.
@e_elliana408, yep! My kids copy each other. If my daughter gets sauce, my son wants some. When my son eats with his hands my daughter pretends she’s a baby and eats with her hands 😂 Give everyone the same healthy foods and let them make their decisions!
At that age she can eat whatever you’re eating as a family. Cook eggs for breakfast then whatever anyone else is eating for lunch and have family dinners
I’ve tried eggs and she had no interest. She chokes so easy that she is very hesitant very everything. She says no to some easier foods so many times even though I know she likes it. I thought she’d be wanting food more by now but she mostly wants to breastfeed
@e_elliana408, well she’s fine to still nurse for now ya know? But keep trying the same foods. If she doesn’t like it once that it’s offered keep trying. She will eventually try it. I’d do fruits and veggies then too. U can steam veggies to get them soft for her
