Whatever you do! Don't rate her🤦 something similar happened to me and I had to go through my bank to get my money back. You have to tell a customer service rep about it and you can't rate at all... Thats why I never go by reviews on mercari anymore. Sorry if you already know this, it was such a fuckup for me and having to go through my bank, didnt want the same for you!
