I got earth mama perineal spray. It was amazing. I only needed a few stitches. I basically just opened up what they stitched after having my first.

I never needed stitches, but still was told to use them after birth, it still helped with the relief of pain.

I tore with my first 2 but with my last I didn’t and didn’t think I needed it but I definitely did lol I was sore as hell lol
