Yes! From my c sections. But this time around with baby number 3 I'm going to try and walk or do something with it . I heard wearing your wrap helps too.

@neenee23 awe, I hear ya. That's why I'm constantly sucking it in!! I had a csection and have a lot of overhang. I have started working out again so hopefully it will go away soon

@neenee23 it's not so bad. I was sore for the first week and it's hard to fund the time but I work out for 20 minutes in the morning after my SO leaves for work and my daughter is still asleep and 20 minutes after I drop my daughter off at school around 1:30
