Don't usually like moaning about Macis behaviour as I'm sure most 3 year olds are the same, but she's got to the stage where everything i ask/say to her, she replies with no. When i say no to her, she's throwing herself on the floor, screaming or hitting and kicking me/throwing things. I'm absolutely drained, so any ideas on how to conquer these tantrums would be great 🙂

Hamish has started this. I calmly tell him it’s ok to be upset ask if or how we can resolve the situation. Say something like I can see your sad can I help you. If he continues he sits at his table and isn’t allowed toys or tv. Situation resolved within 5-10 minutes

Distraction is always the way forward but i find it so very difficult to remember and use it!
