My experience has been that homeschool students are typically far behind their peers in many aspects. A lot of people who homeschool don’t spend as much time or attention on studies as they should.

Homeschooling is so much better than public schooling imo! I can't wait to start next year!

I'm all for homeschooling. With how the world is nowadays I feel more comfortable having my kids at home with me. I don't feel capable of putting curriculum together myself so we're going to try out online public school this year when my daughter starts kindergarten. That way she still has a teacher and I know for sure she's learning every thing she needs to. She'll also still be able to interact with kids her age. If you can afford to buy pre-made curriculum or feel comfortable making it yourself, I say go for it!
