Just like ur around 4 weeks pregnant when u miss your period but babys only 2 weeks formed.

I know it’s so weird to me! I get it probably simplifies things but. I mean technically they been here for nine months by the time they’re born lol

right I wondered that myself I always just said its because they go off ur birth day not the day u are made lol

You wouldn’t really know when their birthday is unless you know exactly when you conceived. Otherwise, I guess you’d just go by the date of your last period but even then you’re technically not pregnant yet lol
Makes me think of how the Chinese already say a baby is one when they are born and then everyone gains a year at the beginning of New Years.
