I’ve been vegan over a year now with no cravings for anything that wasn’t vegan but I don’t think I will be able to stay fully vegan while pregnant. I plan to discuss this with my doctor but from what I read it’s better to eat what you crave rather than sit around nauseous all day. I don’t crave dairy at all, except hot Cheetos BAD!
And for some reason a chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-A. I even sat here crying about it because I feel bad/want to eat. I havent had anything except toast and crackers for 3 days.
Rant over. Sorry about that.

I was vegetarian before my son. All I craved was sloppy joes. Finally broke down and had some. Been eating a little bit of meat since. But now with this pregnancy meat makes me sick. So back on a vegetarian diet. You’re craving these things for a reason so maybe do some research and see what alternatives you can do to satisfy those cravings without breaking your diets.

I was vegan before getting pregnant with my daughter...don't feel bad girl. You're doing your part. I craved steak and cheese so I caved and now I just do vegan meals 2-3 times a week.
