We found out that our oldest has celiac disease and it’s been a learning process. Did you know gluten is in some seasoning? Just found that out tonight ☹️

@brownsugarluv, thank you so much for your kind words. She had to have an endoscopy and colonoscopy and I felt so guilty for making her go through that. It lead to her diagnosis though.

Yeah my daughter has been gluten free for a few years now. It blew my mind when I discovered that there's gluten in chicken bullion.

might be a stupid question but what is celiacs disease if you don't mind me asking.
She can’t eat anything with gluten in it. It’s caused her a lot of issues but with the proper diet then we can fix her intestines.

It’s an auto immune disease. Alopecia and vitiligo are also auto immune diseases.
She’s a trooper! I know celiac disease is an auto immune disease.. Does she have any other auto immune deficiencies? They run in my moms side of the family.
