Hi ladies havent been back here in a while , it became little too much than ppl got really mean and i was so busy with my newborn. I need advice/help . I my diet is pretty healthy no fast foods and im i go to gym 5 times a week and i love water i am not dehydrated i dont drink sodas but i feel bloated constantly constipated. I tried over the counter staff mostly doesnt work , i talk to my obgyn she recommended over counter staff . Does any of you have similar situations? What helps any advice? . It all started after the pregnancy and babies .
