So my hubby won a free trip from his old job to Hawaii for next month! Superrrr cool except I’m having major anxiety knowing he Wants ME to go with him and my LO is not even gonna be two months yet when we go. She’s currently only on breast so he wants me to get a pump so that she’s bottle fed ☹️😩😓 and did I mention it’s for a week?!! A WEEK!!! He says we need this.. and I can’t lie maybe we do.. BUT Idk if I’d be able to handle being away from my baby

I’d never do that, but I’m a little crazy. Haven’t even left my 2 year old for a week just yet. If you’re only wanting to breastfeed then he should understand. Can you bring baby with you?

I wouldn’t only because of how young she is and that you’re breastfeeding. If she was a little older then I’d say go for it. Could you bring her with you? Wouldn’t exactly be the vacation of your dreams but would still be a lovely getaway.

Take her with you and you won’t have to worry about pumping. You can have a romantic getaway when the kids are much older. Or see if there’s a relative that can go along to help with the kids so you can still have date nights

I dont leave my kids until they can go long periods of time without nursing. It just doesn’t feel right leaving them when they are so young. My youngest is still nursing but my husband and I have date nights away from the kids. I would definitely take her with you.
