My LG is super congested I've tried saline drops, calpol plug in, vapour rub, calpol and nothing is working
She didn't settle till 5am this morning!
Is there anything else I can do to help her cause having no sleep being pregnant then having her throughout the day is taking its toll on me now.

Put vic on her feet with socks on and put vic in a bowl of boiling hot water and put it in her room obviously out the way where she cant get to it x

I freeze spoonfuls of vicks and melt in shower when kids are in bath next to it, use Asda baby vapour bath as well

If you're willing to suck... nosefrida is great, never really used it on my Lo after 6months so not sure theyd happily sit there while you suck their nose with a straw but it does a brilliant job

During the day she can cope with it but at night no I always put vapour rub on her as I mentioned in the status especially on her feet as she wears onesies for bed cause she isn't the biggest fan of a blanket and suffers with cold feet. I've got a nose sucker but nothing comes out no matter how hard I suck and isn't the Vick in the bowl as good as the Calpol plug in?

I agree with the frozen vicks in the bath or shower for steam. I used to to put a bowl of boiled vix under me daughters bed (hidden of course) 10 mins before bed time and I would take it out and re fill it before I went to sleep. Vix on her feet with socks on top. Prop her up when she is asleep too i put a pillow under my daughters bed sheet this was before she slept with a pillow and it worked xx
